When can I take out the my piercing studs?
I got my ear lobes pierced on sunday last week and I have been wearing the gold studs they gave me. they told me to wear it for 8 months...which is totally ridiculous. I've heard that it only takes a week or so. My ears feel fine and have only gotten infected once like the day after. I want to wear real earrings!
8 weeks, not 8 months. Just because they feel ok and might look ok from the outside, they're not healed. piercings heal from the outside in.
