m16 with dedicated upper and lower?
I've been looking around to buy an m16 and then get a ceiner .22 conversion kit. Then i found out that a conversion kit isn't the way to go, a dedicated upper is.
Does anyone know if i were to buy a dedicated upper and a lower reciever, would i have a complete gun? I know it wouldn't technically be an m16 but it seems far more easier + it would be brand new.
plz don't go off freaking about how illegal full auto is.. cuz it isn't.

with the proper licenses both full auto and cars are legal
